• We have the right to cancel orders and refuse to do business with anyone at any time.
• It may take us 2-3 days to produce a custom item ESPECIALLY if marked on backorder.
• Images and designs are copyrighted either by myself or the artist that I have purchased commercial rights from. 
• We aim to please however, that DOES NOT mean that we invite abuse of any kind. Be kind and expect the same in return.
• Refer to returns and refund policy.
• Shipping insurance is on you- if you wish to purchase it, let us know. Otherwise, once it leaves our hands, we are not responsible for what the shipping service does with it.
